Utilize techniques like Earned Value Management (EVM) for the ongoing monitoring of cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Vendor and Contract Management – Properly executing contracts and ensuring vendor performance is critical in today’s ever-changing IT environment. Acquisition Best Practices
