AOR Logistics LLC was founded in 2018 and is a Small Business Administration (SBA)-certified Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) provider of supply chain, logistics, and freight forwarding services and products.

AOR Logistics is currently an SBA-certified HUBZone Small Business and an Alaska Native Owned SBA-Certified 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business.

In 2020, AOR Logistics established AOR Godo Kaisha, LLC (AOR-AGK) as a wholly owned Japanese subsidiary. AOR-AGK maintains Japan-based legal, business licensing, business reporting, and human resources and is capable of meeting US government contract requirements under parent company AOR in any location within the Indo-Pacific theater.

As an ANC subsidiary and a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) company, AOR Logistics may accept direct awards up to $25 million ($100 million for Department of Defense (DoD)*) without formal justification and is not restricted by the standard 8(a) directed award ceiling (FAR 19.808-1).

A sole source procurement to AOR Logistics under the provisions of FAR 19.805-1(b)(2) and 13 CFR 124.506(b) provides a streamlined and flexible procurement strategy.

* Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 National Defense Authorization Act, Section 823 raises the justification and approval (J&A) threshold to$ 100,000,000 for DoD. No justification and approval is required for DoD-awarded sole-source 8(a) contracts under $100,000,000.

AOR Logistics uses the CargoWise freight forwarding system and connects with the industry wide Syncada system that facilitates the electronic exchange of transaction information between trading partners.
